Shipping policy
SHIPPING/DELIVERY METHODS
Orders are being shipped from Cyprus, a country within the EU, therefore no taxes/duties are applicable when shipping to other EU Members.
Cyprus: Orders within Cyprus region are typically delivered via express courierto the recipient's door. A delivery charge of 5 euros applies when the order value is less than 100 eur. Orders exceeding 100 eur are delivered free of charge for all Cyprus locations.
A pick up from store option is also available and can be selected at checkout.
Orders can be picked up during store hours as soon as a pick up notification is received by sms or email.
Europe, Middle East* and USA: International orders are shipped via TNT international or UPS express courriers.
We process and prepare orders during our main working hours (Monday to Friday 10am-7pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm), with the exception of local public holidays. The merchandise will be ready for dispatch on the same business day, or one business day after receipt of the order.
SHIPPING COSTS AND EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
CYPRUS: orders are normally processed on the next business day (except public holidays) and delivered within 24 hours of processing (Nicosia) and 48 hours of processing (other cities)
Orders in Cyprus over 100 euros are free of delivery charge and are delivered door to door, unless a shipping location is not accessible by the courier, when the item should be collected from the nearest local courier branch (such as ACS or Akis Express)
REST OF EUROPE AND UK: orders are processed on the next business day (except public holidays) and delivered express 1-3 days from processing (dispatch). * These are the normal shipping times anticipated by our couriers, however we shall not be accountable or accept returns (which can be expensive) for any shipping delays caused by strikes, public holidays and generally busy periods, such as Xmas and Easter.
Orders in Europe and UK above 200 euros (with the exception of Bulky Items*) are free of shipping charge and ship in 1-3 business days via UPS/TNT International. *ORDERS MARKED AS BULKY ITEM (such as boots) are charged a flat rate of 35 euros and ship via TNT international or UPS 1-4 working days *
Orders in Europe and UK below 199.99 euros are charged 20 euros and ship in 1-3 business days via UPS
US/ AUSTRALIA/ MIDDLE EAST orders are processed on the next business day (except public holidays) and delivered express 2-7 days from processing (dispatch)
Orders in US/ AUSTRALIA/MIDDLE EAST above 200 euros are charged 20 euros and ship in 5-7 business days. Clearance or other fees apply upon package arrival and are payable by the recipient
Orders in US / AUSTRALIA/MIDDLE EAST below 199.99 euros are charged 30 euros and ship in 5-7 business days. Clearance or other fees that apply on package arrival must be paid by the recipient
*If you wish to receive an order in a shipping zone not currently covered please send us an email on info@mustboutique.com in order to make the necessary arrangements that will allow us (when possible) to ship to you.
TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
No import duties or other fees apply to purchases within the EU.
If you live outside the EU, ie UK and USA where import duties or other fees must be paid, these are not calculated in your final price. Must Boutique will ship your item to your door, but does not collect duties or other incurring fees. All incurring import duties and charges must be paid by you to your local authorities or courrier upon receiving your order.
