Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WE WILL GLADLY REFUND ANY FULL PRICED ITEM THAT IS RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RETURN REQUEST APPROVAL. WE WILL ALSO EXCHANGE OR ISSUE A CREDIT NOTE FOR ANY FULL PRICED ITEM THAT IS RETURNED PAST 14 BUT BEFORE 30 DAYS OF RETURN REQUEST APPROVAL DATE. **

SALE ITEMS * ARE EXCHANGEABLE WITH OTHER ITEMS AND MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RETURN REQUEST APPROVAL.

** If you wish to return a product please communicate your request via e mail on info@mustboutique.com within 8 calendar days of receiving it. You will shortly receive a return approval reply from our Team and instructions on how to ship it back. If the product is received within 14 days of return approval date, following inspection of your item, we can issue a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. If the full priced product is received past the 14 days but within 30 days of communication date we shall issue a credit note valid in store and online. Please allow seven to ten working days for the refund/store credit procedure to conclude. The original shipping cost, taxes and other occurring fees are non refundable. 

Exchanges on full priced or sale items are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired color and size in stock. Otherwise our skilled Team are happy to help you find another item you love via chat or e mail. Your feedback is very valuable, so we appreciate any comments regarding why the item was returned. No credit notes can be issued on sale items, so the exchange must be made in the next few days following receipt.

International shipping (Europe territory)  of the returned and replacement item will almost always be arranged by our Team who will send you all shipping documents. You need to arrange packaging and attach our shipping documents.

Return Shipping Fee for items under 200 eur= 25 euros and will be deducted from your refund or exchange value (within the EU)

Return Shipping Fee for items over 200 eur = 35 euros and will be deducted from your refund or exchange value (within the EU)

Original shipping fee is not deductable.

However, in some cases we may request that the customer sends us the item at their own cost, as in the case of cross Atlantic (US, Australia) In this case as well, the original shipping fee will not be deductable.

No returns or exchanges accepted if:
- Product comes without original tag(s) or box or (when applicable) return tag is removed
- Box is damaged (unless specified by the merchant at the time of dispatch)
- Return occurs past 30 days from purchase date

If you change your mind immediately following a purchase, please communicate your decision to us via e mail within the next 2 hours of placing your order so that our Team will not dispatch it.

We hereby clarify that the item price you pay does not include import duties that apply outside the EU. These have to  be paid by the recipient outside the EU upon arrival of the item. We will, for this reason not accept a return or a reverted shipment  due to the fact that shipping/import duties were incurred outside the EU.
